Probably the hardest part about running any kind of retail store is inventory. All aspects of it: finding it, buying it, and managing it. I drop ship my inventory from several suppliers, so I don’t have any overhead when it comes to buying, stocking, or routing orders. Not having this overhead allows many retailers to sell a larger variation of products as well as avoid being “stuck” with inventory that doesn’t sell. It’s the way to go this day and age. Many companies have gone this route. So why did I call this post “Inventory Hell”?
